John Taft
Vice Chairman, Baird

John Taft is Vice Chairman of Baird. Previously, John served for more than a decade as President and CEO of RBC Wealth Management, with over 1,900 advisors in 41 states and over $280 billion in client assets under administration. After leaving RBC in 2016, John served as a Senior Advisor to Deloitte & Touche LLP and as an independent Director of the Columbia Threadneedle mutual funds. John is author of two books: Stewardship: Lessons Learned From The Lost Culture of Wall Street and A Force For Good: How Enlightened Finance Can Restore Faith in Capitalism. John serves as SIFMA Chairman and spent more than a decade on the board. John graduated Magna Cum Laude from Yale University in 1977 with a combined French and English Literature degree. He was captain of the Men’s Varsity Soccer team and played professionally in the North American Soccer League. He’s married to Laura Taft and they reside in Minneapolis, they have three children and two stepchildren.
Charles Nelson
Chief Executive Officer, Retirement and Employee Benefits, Voya Financial

Charles Nelson is chief executive officer of Retirement and Employee Benefits for Voya Financial, Inc. which helps Americans plan, invest and protect their savings — to get ready to retire better. In his role, Nelson oversees Tax-Exempt and Corporate Markets and Retail Wealth Management, which comprise the company's workplace and individual retirement businesses, including 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans, as well as its Employee Benefits business. Prior to joining the company, Nelson served as president of Retirement Services for Great-West Financial through September 2014 and most recently led the legacy Great-West retirement business of Empower Retirement, a business unit of Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company. Nelson has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the retirement and employee benefits industry. Nelson is a graduate of Whitman College with a degree in chemistry and economics, and he was a member of the Whitman College Board of Overseers from 2008 to 2017. Nelson served as the past president of the board of directors for The SPARK Institute, a trade institute that represents the entire spectrum of defined contribution service providers. He has also been a member of the National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA) since 1985.


Paul Andriulli
Head of National Accounts, First Eagle Investment Management

Paul is a senior vice president and Head of the National Accounts team for First Eagle Investment Management. Paul, who joined First Eagle in 2010, leads a team that is responsible for business development and relationship management with leading broker-dealers. In this role, Paul seeks to secure shelf space for First Eagle products and develop value-added programs, campaigns, and services that support First Eagle’s asset management capabilities while building and maintaining long term strategic client relationships. Prior to joining First Eagle Investment Management, Paul spent over 6 years with NYLIM/MainStay Investments in multiple roles. Prior to joining NYLIM/MainStay, Paul spent 4 years at UBS Painewebber in a sales function role. Paul received a BS degree from Rowan University and earned his CIMA designation in 2006.
Michael Bieselin
Head of Insights & Analytics, Invesco

As the Head of Insights and Analytics, Michael Bieselin is responsible for ensuring that Invesco’s US Wealth Management Intermediaries group develops best-in-class analytics and data-driven capabilities to drive innovation in distribution. He is also responsible for Invesco Consulting, which delivers practice consulting services to advisors. Prior to his current role, he was head of internal sales for Invesco, and previously held various distribution roles. Mr. Bieselin joined Invesco in 2010, when the firm combined with Van Kampen Investments and the retail asset management business of Morgan Stanley. He began his career in Morgan Stanley’s investment management analyst program, where he was focused on product origination and distribution, and developed product, sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Bieselin earned a BS degree in finance and entrepreneurial business from Villanova University. He holds the 7, 24, 51, 63, 65 and 79 registrations.
Sandy Bolton
Managing Director, Head of Investment Products, Merrill Lynch

Sandy Bolton is the Head of Investment Products within the Investment Solutions Group for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, Sandy leads the delivery of the firm’s investment products offerings across all Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM) channels, including domestic and offshore mutual funds, global exchange traded products, separately managed accounts and money market funds. Sandy’s team includes more than 20 product management professionals who are responsible for product development, management and ongoing governance and investment oversight for products offered through the investment advisory program. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch in March 2015, Sandy was Head of Investment Solutions for Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company. Prior to that, Sandy was responsible for the product management, oversight, marketing and management of various investment solutions offerings at TD Ameritrade, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
Dennis Bowden
Managing Director, U.S. Research, Strategic Insight

Dennis is Managing Director of U.S. Mutual Fund Research at Strategic Insight. In his role, Dennis helps to lead SI’s research, data and advisory services focused on the U.S. fund industry- including intermediary-sold distribution, product strategy, fund pricing, and more. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and is often quoted in industry news publications. Dennis earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University and holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Scott Brady

Scott Brady is the Head of Product Development and Strategy for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Mr. Brady joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments in 2016. Previously, Mr. Brady was Head of Global Mutual Funds at Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he served as Head of U.S. Mutual Funds and Director of Asset Transition Services. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 2004, Mr. Brady held various roles within Eaton Vance and Putnam Investments. He has been a member of the investment community since 1995. Mr. Brady received a B.A. in Finance from Boston College. He holds Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses with FINRA.
Chris Chang

Chris Chang manages Market Metrics’ client relationships in the Northeastern United States. Previously, in his role as Key Accounts Director with BrightScope, Chris worked with several of BrightScope’s strategic asset management clients, leading engagement efforts across the company’s retirement solutions. Prior to joining Strategic Insight, Chris was with BlackRock’s iShares Global Business Strategy team focused on strategic initiatives and business management. Chris earned a BA in Economics and International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Bobby Colon

Bobby Colon is currently Vice President, PCG Investment Products at Raymond James Financial. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Partner Relations, Mutual Fund Research, Offshore Mutual Funds, and 529 & Education Savings Plan groups. He joined Raymond James in 2006. Alison Cooke Mintzer is global editor-in-chief of PLANADVISER and PLANSPONSOR and is responsible for all publications under those brands at Strategic Insight. PLANSPONSOR and PLANADVISER—through their magazines, Web sites, webcasts, email newsletters and conferences—provide comprehensive industry news, as well as regulatory and investment information to retirement plan sponsors, advisers and consultants. Prior to becoming editor-in-chief of the publications in 2011, Cooke Mintzer was the managing editor and later executive editor of PLANADVISER from its launch in 2006. From 2003 until 2006, she was senior editor for PLANSPONSOR magazine and wrote and edited the PLANSPONSOR AdviserDash e-newsletter. Prior to joining Asset International in 2003, she worked as a private writing teacher and freelance writer and editor. Jim Devaney
SVP, Head of Sales Distribution, PGIM Investments

As senior vice president and head of sales distribution for PGIM Investments, Jim oversees the company’s sales managers, wholesalers, and sales desks. Jim joined the firm in 2007, and under his leadership, mutual fund flows have increased significantly. Prior to PGIM Investments, Jim spent 11 years at Columbia Funds, where he was divisional manager for three years and a wholesaler for eight years. He began his career at John Nuveen & Company, where he spent six years as a wholesaler. Jim, who has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, received a B.A. in economics and political science from Villanova University.
Marc Dextraze
Executive Director, Investment Solutions, Morgan Stanley

Marc has been with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management for 17 years and is currently the head of product development for mutual funds, money markets, ETFs and 529 Education Savings Plans. He leads a team of product managers that are responsible for supporting more than $700 billion in assets under management across these product categories. The team’s primary responsibility is to identify opportunities to develop new products and services that are designed to enhance the product offering, improve client experience and increase efficiency. Prior to his current role, Marc was the head of mutual fund and ETF due diligence for the group. During his tenure with the firm he has also held positions with Alternative Investments, Corporate Retirement Services and Risk Management.
Ben Doob
Managing Principal, Strategic Insight

Ben has extensive experience delivering distribution intelligence and advice on advisor-sold investments to senior executives at many of the world’s largest asset management firms. Ben joined Strategic Insight after over a decade with Market Metrics, where he served as Managing Principal and previously Chief Operating Officer. He has also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Ben graduated from Williams College and received an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School.
Alex Frech

Alex is a data scientist with Strategic Insight, who first delved into financial modeling while studying applied mathematics and economics at UC Berkeley. Her research experience in a bioinformatics lab at Dana Farber Cancer Research center opened her eyes to the challenges of acquiring high-quality data and the possibility of great insights from high-quality data. Alex has been working to curate and analyze the Local Market Share dataset since she joined SI in 2015 as a data analyst.
Goshka Folda

Goshka serves as President and CEO of Investor Economics and Global Head of Research at Strategic Insight, where she leads research initiatives for a wide variety of product and distribution topics. Her areas of focus include the household balance sheet, investment funds industry and financial services industry distribution models, with particular focus on the bank-owned delivery channels. Goshka graduated with distinction from the Warsaw School of Economics’ Master’s Program in her native Poland and holds a Baccalaureate designation from the Lester B. Gary Gallagher
Head of Investment & Managed Solutions, Fidelity Institutional

Gary Gallagher is Head of Investment and Managed Solutions, for Fidelity Institutional Investments and Technology Solutions, a $2 trillion asset division of Fidelity Investments. Mr. Gallagher joined Fidelity Institutional in September 2011 and is responsible for developing the long-term vision and strategy for FI’s investment product offerings, providing leadership for the enhancement of the investment product line and managing its overall product roadmap. He oversees the firms product offerings involving Fundsnetwork, mutual funds, etfs, alternative investments, managed accounts, and digital advice solutions. He received a bachelor of business administration from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in general management from the University of Michigan Ross Business School.
Brett George

In his role in competitive intelligence, Brett is focused on delivering industry insights and product research to help in strategic decision making at Artisan Partners. Working closely with distribution leadership, Brett works to combine feedback from the field with data to deliver value across the organization. Brett joined Artisan in 2008. Previous to Artisan, Brett worked in the financial services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brett earned a BBA in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Bill Golden is the Managing Director, Head of Product Development and Management at Voya Investment Management, where he joined in 2018. His team supports both retail and institutional distribution across a wide array of investment capabilities: equity, fixed income, alternatives and multi asset solutions. Besides their product development and management responsibilities, Bill’s team is responsible for competitive positioning. Before joining Voya, Bill was with Legg Mason where he was a Managing Director, Head of US Product. Prior to that he was the Head of Closed -end funds and also held positions in National Accounts and Finance. Bill received his Bachelor of Science majoring in Accounting and minoring in Philosophy from Le Moyne College and obtained his MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Phil Herzog

Phil leads Product Management at Strategic Insight and manages the firm’s technology, product development and data operations efforts. Phil joined the firm over 25 years ago, playing a key role in many initiatives including initial and on-going development of the Simfund products suite, the leading strategic competitive intelligence tool for the asset management industry. He plays a lead role in consulting and joint venture efforts including private label versions of Simfund, data licensing and redistribution. Phil holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business in Finance and Information Systems.
Allegra Heyligers
Head of Executive Platform and Distribution Enablement, Wells Fargo Asset Management

Allegra Heyligers is head of the executive platform and distribution enablement at Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). As head of distribution enablement, she oversees the team responsible for client materials, including RFPs, competitive positioning, and the data distribution strategy for the global institutional and intermediary retail businesses. As head of the executive platform, Allegra connects and amplifies the collective efforts of the Executive Management team and the Distribution Council on topics such as go-to-market, executive messages, and focus on innovation. Prior to joining WFAM, Allegra was the managing director and head of client engagement at Strategic Insight, where she was responsible for the client experience of key brands in the U.S., including BrightScope, Market Metrics, and Simfund. She also served as the COO of defined contribution and as head of retirement strategy at BlackRock, and she had leadership roles in defined contribution and transition management at Barclays Global Investors. Allegra earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, graduating cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is an executive board member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association.
Richard Jones

Richard manages all sales activity across the EMEA region, with particular focus on the UK market. He and his team are tasked with ensuring we exceed our annual growth targets by selling into existing and new channels across the financial industry. Richard has worked in the financial services industry for 19 years starting at a credit derivatives firm, CreditTrade, then moving into the technology and data arena with IRESS and then Matrix Solutions.
Jean Kaihatsu
Senior Managing Director, Nuveen

Jean is senior managing director and currently the head of Nuveen's global sales enablement and performance management group where she oversees the global distribution platform support including advanced analytics, data strategy, CRM and business intelligence. Previously, she was head of business strategy and analytics supporting the retail business including data enabled sales transformation, marketing activation, and product development and management. Jean joined Nuveen in 1999 as a planning manager, heading the financial planning and analysis function for the organization. Prior to joining Nuveen, she held various business and financial planning positions in the consumer products industry at Sara Lee Corporation and Kraft Foods. Jean graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is also CPA in Illinois. Jean was a founder and served as co-chair for LEAD, Nuveen's Women Employee Resource Group.
Nadeem Khan

Nadeem Khan is the Head of Corporate Strategy & Development at Capital Group and leads efforts on key strategic topics for the company; he is based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Capital in Jan 2017, Nadeem was the Global Head of Merchant Strategy Merchant at Visa Inc. based in San Francisco. Before Visa, Nadeem was a Principal and core member of the financial services practice area at BCG Chicago, working with clients in the banking, credit card, insurance and asset management space. Nadeem holds an MBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a post-graduate diploma in management from XLRI Jamshedpur, India, and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecom Engineering from Jamia University, India.
Gary Kleinschmidt

Gary Kleinschmidt is the Head of Retirement Field Sales for Legg Mason and is responsible for increasing the Firm’s presence in the Defined Contribution Investment Only market. He oversees the retirement field sales force in developing and implementing strategies to market and distribute a broad range of investment products managed by Legg Mason affiliates. Previously, Gary was the National Sales Manager for the Van Kampen Defined Contribution team. Prior to joining Van Kampen, Gary was a Vice President at BISYS, an industry leader in the outsourcing of defined contribution recordkeeping. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University in 1987. Tim Kresl

Tim acts as a Strategic Advisor to the Strategic Insight team after almost a decade of experience with Market Metrics, most recently as a Principal of the firm. In this capacity, Tim worked with asset managers of all sizes to interpret the results of Market Metrics’ research and successfully leverage Local Market Share data. He has also worked extensively with clients on initiatives related to advisor satisfaction with sales and marketing activities, wholesaler compensation, and sales force staffing and effectiveness. Tim is also a Foundering Partner of Atom Analytics, which partners with leading financial services providers to translate customer data into meaningful sales and marketing actions that improve business outcomes.
Jim Langham
Managing Director, UBS

Jim Langham is a Managing Director of UBS Financial Services Inc. and is the Head of Mandates Investment Solutions Americas. This is a newly created unit that includes the existing Investment Products offering (mutual funds, insurance, annuities, IRAs, 529 plans, money funds, and Donor Advised Funds), together with Managed Solutions and Portfolio Guidance. In this role, Jim is responsible for the product offerings within all brokerage and advisory platforms at UBS, risk management, revenue growth, and enhancing the FA and client experience as it relates to these businesses. Before joining UBS in 2010, Jim spent 17 years with Morgan Stanley, where he held various roles in retirement, product development and other investment product management roles. Jim holds his Series 7, 66 and 24 FINRA licenses.
Joel Mandelbaum

Joel has deep experience delivering information and workflow solutions to financial services clients and is a graduate of MIT. Joel joined Strategic Insight from Warburg Pincus, where he was Entrepreneur in Residence and Senior Advisor. Previously, he held the position of CEO at Wall Street Systems. Strategic Insight is the 12th financial services business managed by Joel.
Jim McCoy
Senior Managing Director, National Sales Manager, Retail Distribution, Nuveen

Jim McCoy is Senior Managing Director and National Sales Manager for the Wirehouse channel of Nuveen. He provides strategic sales oversight to the Nuveen Advisor Consultant team, and partners with key accounts and marketing to achieve channel goals. In addition, he works with partner firms to ensure alignment with their objectives, as well as works internally with Nuveen’s affiliates to ensure the appropriate products are being brought to market to serve this channel. Prior to National Sales Manager, Jim served as the Private Client Group Director and Central Divisional Director for the Nuveen Wirehouse channel. He also worked at Fayez Sarofim, UBS Consulting Group, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Jim holds a bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College. He earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
John Moninger

John Moninger is a senior vice president of Eaton Vance Distributors and managing director of retail sales. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of all sales and relationship management within Eaton Vance’s brokerage, independent and RIA channels as well as the Eaton Vance Advisor Institute. Before joining Eaton Vance, he was executive vice president of advisory and brokerage consulting services with LPL Financial, where he was responsible for the firm’s advisory and brokerage platforms and for leading a team of product consultants. He was previously the national consulting director for investment solutions for UBS Financial Services and also affiliated with Alliance Capital Management. John earned a B.S. in business administration from Kutztown University. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Money Management Institute and as Chairman and President of the SEAL-Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation. He has earned the Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designations.
Rick Niedt

Rick is Executive Vice President of Product Development at Strategic Insight and responsible for the product development and management of distribution-oriented products. As part of the Executive team, he is responsible for accelerating the company's growth strategy by developing new products and services within the Strategic Insight web-based software platform. Rick has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, including senior roles at DST Systems and Access Data/Broadridge. Most recently, Rick was the Strategic Product Development Officer at DST responsible for their Integrated Data and Analytics domain.
Charles Novicki

In his role as Product Director, Charlie leads solution development efforts that span SI’s growing portfolio of recognized data brands serving the global asset management sector. His experience in supporting SI’s strategically important customers as a key account director and analyst give him a unique understanding of the importance of driving value through integration for global asset management firms with sophisticated business intelligence needs. Charlie holds an undergraduate degree in finance and an MBA from Providence College.
Jeremy O'Shea
Head of Global Sales Analytics, Legg Mason

Mr. O’Shea has more than 22 years of asset management experience and more than 19 years of experience working on the distribution side of the business. He currently holds the role of Head of Global Business Intelligence for Legg Mason Global Distribution, where he is responsible for delivering several non-sales business management functions globally, including Sales Reporting, CRM Solutions and Enablement, Business Implementation, Data Management, Sales Analytics and US Sales Commissions. Prior to this role, Mr. O’Shea was Head of Business Management for the Legg Mason U.S. Distribution group. Prior to joining Legg Mason, he was with Citigroup Asset Management for several years holding roles that included Head of Financial Reporting and Analysis and Controller for the Global Retail organization. Mr. O’Shea graduated from Loyola University in Maryland with a degree in Finance.
Robert Pettman
EVP, Product Management, LPL Financial

Rob Pettman serves as executive vice president of Product and Platform Management for LPL Financial. In this role, he leads a team responsible for managing all investment products and advisory platforms. Throughout his tenure with LPL, Mr. Pettman has worked in product management, business management, and distribution strategy. Prior to joining LPL in 2005, Mr. Pettman served as a financial advisor working exclusively with trial lawyers in the areas of settlement planning, trusts, and structured settlements. A strong supporter of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society, he captains an annual LPL cycling team that has raised more than $150,000 to find a cure for MS. Mr. Pettman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eckerd College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He is FINRA Series 7 and 66 registered through LPL.

John Porter is Capability Director, Predictive and Behavioral Analytics, at Invesco. His focus is on building analytical frameworks that drive customer centric distribution enablement by creating transparency across the go-to-market process, increasing relevancy of recommendations and activation, and providing sharper quantification of opportunities and outcomes. The insights and analytics team at Invesco integrates sales, marketing, data sciences and technology to provide a consistent view of customer and market opportunities. Prior to joining Invesco in April, John worked with manufacturer and retailer clients to provide analytic services for consumer packaged goods, where he specialized in analytics for price optimization, promotion management, shopper segmentation, marketing attribution and product innovation.
Sid Ratna
Global Head - Information Management, J.P. Morgan

Sid Ratna works in J.P. Morgan Asset Management and heads the Distribution Analytics and Business Intelligence group. Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2014, Sid worked at Citi’s Consumer Business heading their Risk M&A team (primarily asset and loan portfolio purchases). He joined Citi after working in Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking FIG advisory group covering private equity and asset management clients. Prior to Credit Suisse, Sid spent the first six years of his career in various quantitative risk and revenue strategy roles in Bank of America’s credit card business. He is a graduate of the Yale School of Management and McGill University.
Chris Riggio

Chris oversees sales performance forecasting, sales strategy and execution management across SI and is responsible for the client facing engagement and implementation teams. As part of the Executive team, he is tasked with accelerating the company's growth given the industry demand for better data transparency and visualization. Chris started his career at Chase Manhattan Bank and held senior roles at TheStreet.com, SmartMoney, Dow Jones, and Interactive Data where he managed a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers. Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from State University of New York College at Oneonta.
Adam Rochlin

Adam Rochlin, Senior Vice President, is OppenheimerFunds’ Co-Head of Investment Products. Adam's span of responsibility includes Fixed Income, Alternative Investments and Multi-Asset Solutions product lines, encompassing bank loans, global debt, investment grade, municipal debt, real estate, MLP, Insurance Linked Securities and other liquid alternative strategies. Adam joined OFI from Czech Asset Management, a middle-market direct lending investment manager, where he was Chief Operating Officer/Head of Investor Relations. Previously, he spent five years at MF Global, where he was responsible for creating and leading an investments product and marketing solutions business for the firm's global client base. Adam also spent nearly 10 years at GE/Genworth Financial, where Adam held several leadership positions encompassing their retail mutual fund product team and proprietary broker-dealer operations. Adam earned a B.A. in Political Science at Trinity College and his M.B.A. in Marketing at New York University's Stern School of Business.
Michael Rosenberg
SVP, Head of Retirement Investment Solutions, First Eagle Investment Management

Michael Rosenberg is Head of Retirement Investment Solutions at First Eagle. In his role, Michael is responsible for distribution strategy for defined contribution assets, as well as sales, servicing and relationship management in the retirement market. Michael was previously executive vice president and director of investment-only defined contribution distribution for Prudential Investments. The team he managed worked with plan sponsors, consultants, financial intermediaries and retirement platforms around the country. Prior to Prudential, Michael spent nine years at Goldman Sachs as director of retirement services. Michael received a BS from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
Alyson Shupe

Alyson Shupe is Head of Americas Funds Product Strategy team for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In her role, Alyson is responsible for shaping and positioning the firm’s intermediary-sold product range, driving thought leadership on portfolio construction and investment selection, and analyzing trends across the asset management industry . An employee since 2008, she previously worked in J.P. Morgan’s Wealth Management division. Alyson earned a B.B.A. in Economics and Finance and a B.A. in Spanish from Ohio University. Pete Thatch
Manager, Cross Channel Clients, Capital Group

Pete Thatch is a senior relationship manager responsible for co-leading the Cross-Channel client segment at American Funds, part of Capital Group. He has 24 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for three years. Earlier in his career at Capital, he was a Product Management Director, responsible for retail product management and strategy. Prior to joining Capital, he was Managing Director and head of third party product offering at Merrill Lynch. Previous to that, he worked in various roles supporting investment product and distribution at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and BlackRock. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University. Pete is based in Los Angeles.
Rajan Wadhwa

Rajan brings over 17 years of experience in Data, Analytics and Technologies. Rajan currently heads the Client Data group within the Distribution organization. His team is accountable for the managing and connecting Master Data, Transactional Data, Interactions Data as well as Market and Competitive Data. He is also accountable for driving major data related technology initiatives including Enterprise Data Ecosystems as well as Big Data Ecosystem. Rajan is also accountable for Analytics in the space of Retirement, ETF, RIAs and Institutional. Rajan holds a Bachelors of Engineering, Industrial Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology as well as an MBA, Systems & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Tony joined Strategic Insight from Bottomline Technologies where he served as Director of Business Development. Previously, Tony was Managing Director at Wall Street Systems where he was responsible for the Wallstreet FX platform and for development of the Electronic Settlement Network.
Stephen Witthuhn
Managing Director, BlackRock

Stephen Witthuhn, Managing Director, is the Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock's US Wealth Advisory Group. US Wealth Advisory is BlackRock's business serving retail financial advisors and investors in the US, responsible for the distribution, product management and marketing of BlackRock's full suite of capabilities. Mr. Witthuhn is responsible for overseeing business strategy and distribution model innovation; coordinating US Wealth Advisory's sales, business and administrative operations; and managing resource deployment for the business. Mr. Witthuhn joined BlackRock in 2012 from McKinsey & Company, where he served in the firm's Financial Institutions practice, with a primary focus on asset managers and life insurance firms. Mr. Witthuhn earned a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
